Cancellation & Return Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customer has the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Once order is placed and you want to cancel the order because of any reason, please call us on given phone no or drop us an email with your order details and cancellation request. Our team will check the status of order processing and if found feasible to cancel that order, will do the same and confirm you.
In this case, payment will be refunded back to you by deducting 5% payment gateway charges. We also have option of generating a Gift vouchers for you, which can be used in future for next 1 year duration and in this case, refund amount will be 100% of order value.
Return Policy, when you received the product damage or defective
We take extreme care when packing the product and then shipping to you, but in cases, when you found product received at your side is delivered damaged or defective, then please inform us within 24 hrs with image of damaged or defective products through our customer care email id and we will look in to this matter. The process of the same will be as below...
1. Customer to take a photo of packing box from outside, which can demonstrate that how was the packing box condition, when customer received the product.
2. Customer to take a photo of damaged or defective product, which can demonstrate clearly, where is the damage or defect in the product.
3. Customer to email these two photos to our email id "firstname.lastname@example.org" with order no in subject.
4. Our Quality department team will analyse the product and packing condition and if required, they will talk to customer also to understand on the same.
5. Based on our Quality team report, team Crafts Paradise will process for refund or replacement of the products.
In case of replacement, we will take care of getting the product back from you and will ship fresh product. But you have to make sure that you keep the original tags and packing secure and send product back along with that.
If you do not need the replacement of product and need full refund for order value, we will refund 100% of order value to you through same channel as you had paid while placing order.
Return Policy, when you received the product in good condition, but did not like it because of any reason
When you receive the product in good condition, but did not like that with any reason and want to return the same to us for a refund, then you need to inform us within 7 days about the same by calling us or through email with your order details and product return request. Once you receive the confirmation from us, then you can ship the products back to us at given address in confirmation email. Product should be unused and in same original packing with all tags in place.
In this scenario, payment will be refunded back to you by deducting 5% payment gateway charges and return shipping charges will be born by you.
We also have option of generating a Gift vouchers for you, which can be used in future for next 1 year duration and in this case, refund amount will be for complete Order value.
